How does HT Vector charge my account?
To ensure uninterrupted service, all subscriptions to HT Employee Monitor are renewed automatically when the current subscription term ends. An email notification will be sent before so that you can cancel the future payment.
How can I change or cancel my subscription?
Feel free to switch between plans or cancel your subscription anytime. Simply leave us your request or do it via your paypro account. If you cancel, you may continue to use the service until the end of the term you paid for.
