I Forgot My Password

If you forgot your access password, access HT Parental Controls using the default password. After logging in, you can change your password.

  1. Log in to HT Parental Controls using a default password.
    • The default password for the registered version is your license key.
    • The default password for the trial version is trial2013.
  2. Then change your old password. Click Menu > Set Password.
Only the license key the program was registered with can be used as the default password.
