Screen Time Rules

Screen Time Rules allow you to shut down and lock the computer according to your schedule or when time limits per day are up. So your child cannot use the computer for more than the allowed time.
- Go to Rules > Screen Time.
- To lock your computer for a certain period of time, click and drag around the grid to specify the time you want to lock/allow. A red box indicates that computer use is permitted, while a green box indicates it is allowed.
- To lock the computer by the time of use, specify PC Usage Limits.
- Specify Shut down or Log out When the time is up.
Even if a user restarts the computer or logs in to Windows again, it does not turn off Screen Time. The user session will be locked.
Notifications show up before the user account is locked. You can adjust your default settings based on your child’s needs and extend the session.
As all the rules, the Screen Time can be applied to all users or individual users only — Settings > User Settings Learn more.
Note! To prevent screen time bypassing, block your child from changing the date and time. You can quickly do it with the Enhanced Security feature. Click Rules > Enhanced Security, then check Do not allow user to change Date and Time.
