Some logs in the email reports are empty

The issue can happen if the computer with HT Parental Controls was not restarted for a long time. In this case, we recommend either restart the PC or either restart HT Parental Controls.

To restart, HT Parental Controls:

  1. Open the program and go to the menu File > Shut down.
  2. To launch the program, press the Windows key + R simultaneously and type "parent" in the window that appears.

If it does not help, please check the Monitoring Setting and Email Reporting tabs to make sure they are OK.
